INDICATIONS
 
Temporarily relieves common cold/flu symptoms: minor aches, pains, headache, muscular aches, sore throat pain, fever, runny nose and sneezing, nasal congestion, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.


INGREDIENTS
 
Active Ingredients:Per Tablespoon: Acetaminophen 500 mg; Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg; Doxylamine Succinate 6.25 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:Alcohol; Citric Acid; Flavor; Green 3; High Fructose Corn Syrup; Polyethylene Glycol; Propylene Glycol; Purified Water; Saccharin Sodium; Sodium Citrate; Yellow 6; Yellow 10; Per Tablespoon: Sodium 17.5 mg .


DIRECTIONS
 
Do not use in children under 12 yrs. 12 yrs and older: take 2 tablespoons (TBSP) or 30 mL (dose cup); repeat every 6 hours; no more than 4 doses per day. If taking NyQuil and DayQuil, limit total to 4 doses per day.


WARNINGS
 
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Sore throat warning: Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat that occurs with high fever, headache, rash, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Ask a doctor right away. Do not use more than 2 days or give to children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor. Do not use: if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease, asthma, emphysema, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure, excessive phlegm (mucus), breathing problems, chronic bronchitis, persistent or chronic cough, cough associated with smoking, trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product: do not use more than directed; excitability may occur, especially in children; drowsiness may occur; avod alcoholic drinks; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; do not use with other products containing acetaminophen; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms do not get better; you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; new symptoms occur; you need to use more than 7 days; cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
