INGREDIENTS
Active Ingredients:In each packet: Acetaminophen 1000mg (Pain reliever/Fever reducer), Pseudoephedrine HCI 60 mg (Nasal decongestant), Dextromethorphan HBr 30 mg (Cough suppressant).Inactive Ingredients:Acesulfame K, Aspartame, Citric Acid, D&C Yellow 10, Flavors, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Citrate, Sucrose, Tribasic Calcium Phosphate.
DIRECTIONS
take every 6 hours; not to exceed 4 packets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.adults and children 12 years of age and over: dissolve contents of one packet into 6 oz hot water; sip while hot
children under 12 years of age; consult a doctor
Sweeten to taste if desired.
Microwave heating instructions: Add contents of one packet and 6 oz. of cool water to a microwave-safe cup and stir briskly. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Do not boil water or overheat, and remember to stir liquid between reheatings.
WARNINGS
Do Not Use if Sealed Theraflu Packet is Torn or Broken.Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Do not use
if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)(certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

heart disease
high blood pressure
thyroid disease
diabetes
glaucoma
persistent or chronic cough that lasts or as occurs with smoking, asthma, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis
trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland
cough that occurs with smoking, too much phlegm (mucus) or chronic cough that lasts
When using this product do not use more than directed.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs
symptoms do not improve for 7 days or occur with a fever
cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with a fever, rash, or persistent headache
symptoms do not improve for 10 days (pain) or for 3 days (fever)
sore throat persists for more than 2 days, and occurs with a fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
