INDICATIONS
Eases the discomfort of corns, crooked, overlapping or "hammer toes" and other toe irritations by gently separating, aligning and straightening toes. These soft, cotton-covered toe splints cushion and protect toes from rubbing.
DIRECTIONS
Insert thinnest part of Toe Trainer (A) between problem toes (B) so short straps with Velcro are on top of toes. Long straps will be underneath toes. Now wrap each long strap around adjacent toes (through spaces C & D) and attach each long strap to the short Velcro straps. Scissor-trim excess length of long straps. Care: Hand wash with mild soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel and air-dry completely, away from heat and sunlight, before reuse.
WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor blood circulation, consult your physician before using. Do not over-tighten. Discontinue use immediately if toe pain, numbness or skin discoloration occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
