Polyester Foam, Nylon Weave.
DIRECTIONS
Position Toe Beds cloth side up in front of shoe to determine best placement. Trim to fit if necessary. Remove adhesive backing from included tabs and attach to Toe Beds at center.
Press Toe Beds firmly in desired position.
