Return Policy
This is our return policy for items that have
already been sent out from the pharmacy to our clients. Keep in mind
that these rules only apply if the product is returned in a timely
manor; anytime during the month the product was dispensed or no later
than 10 days into the following month.
I. Refused On Delivery
If any item is refused on delivery, there is no problem crediting
the account.
II. Refrigerated Items, Ointments, Creams, Shampoos, etc.
These items can be returned for credit as long as the item is unopened,
in original packaging (with safety seal). Exception: Refrigerated
items need to be returned in a cooler.
Note: If you know that you will be returning a refrigerated
item, you can request a cooler with ice block from the pharmacy.
* As a reminder, we are unable to accept items for return that are marked or written on in any way.
